Order Issues
If you have an issue with your order please email mail@lovinblush.com within 48 hours of receiving goods quoting your order number. We will do our best to make everything right and we will replace any damaged items. Please note that all of our products are handmade and 100% natural and can vary slightly from batch to batch.
Returns
*Since the products are handmade without any harmful chemicals, the shelf life of them are as short as 3 months, 6 months or 1 year respectively.
*Hence each product is handmade in smaller batches to ensure that you get the maximum shelf life.
*The products are handmade in smaller batches, hence variations in color & size is normal.
*The body butters & hair butters do not contain any chemical stabilizers, hence they may melt during the transit because of higher temperatures., if so refrigerate them.
*Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
